so, having tabs on top surely is a little more pleasing on the eyes, but i still feel that tabs on the bottom improves usability if you want an example of this, sailcord from my friend @roundedrectangl is a nice example of what i'm saying (by the way, this does not represent rounded rectangle point of view, only mine)

I'm just installing Sailcord now to give it a go.
My previous apps have had the bar along the bottom and I've been enjoying it like that with my testing this week.
But... well, it seems the weight of public opinion may be against bottom-aligned tabs! Going by the responses here on Mastodon at least.
Either way, I hope to make switching easy.
